What to Expect

COME PREPARED, LEAVE ACCOMPLISHED

The world of aerial can be equally challenging and rewarding. We've put together some tips so you can come to class a little more prepared, and a little less nervous.

What to wear: Close fitting yoga type workout apparel.Cotton blend leggings that are 3/4 or full length, and tops that hug your body. Leotards and leggings are encouraged. Running tights and socks may be too slippery for beginners on the silks.

*Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to start of class and come with clean skin free of perfumes or lotions, and be prepared to remove ALL jewelry. This is for your safety and the longevity of our silks. If this is your first time, make sure you have completed the Release of Liability Waiver prior to class (link below).

*Please make every effort to arrive on time. After 10 minutes without communication, students or private lessons will be considered a no-show and docked a class and/or ineligible for a refund.

*Sign ups must be done online at least 2 hours in advance.

What to bring: Pen and paper for taking notes if you wish. Water bottle, and a lightweight long sleeved t-shirt.

What to Expect: FUN! This is a learning environment and every aerialist started their journey on the ground. You may accomplish something you didn't expect before the end of class, and you will be given some tools to build your strength at home.

*Check Back Weekly! A few of our classes have different start times, or alternate through the month. Confirmation emails will be sent to remind you of the details of your reservation.

Class Cancelations: Please note that classes with less than 2 sign ups are subject to cancelation. Should this happen, a private lesson may be offered at a discounted rate.

Cancellations: If you RSVP to class or private lesson and need to cancel, please do so at least 6 hours prior. No-shows will result in a loss of a class pass. Private lessons who do not arrive within 10 minutes of their scheduled time will be ineligible for a refund. However, exceptions may be made based on circumstance if communication was initiated in time. We understand that sometimes life happens! Please fill out the "Contact" form to notify us.
